(i) directly under Guardion Protection’s own operations, or
(ii) through the illuno platform.

For engagements facilitated through the illuno platform, Guardion Protection acts solely as an independent coordinator and/or referral partner. In such cases, all security personnel are recruited, credentialed, scheduled, compensated, and insured exclusively by illuno, which operates as the platform provider and bears sole responsibility for employment classification, payroll, insurance coverage, and all related legal liabilities associated with such personnel.

For engagements contracted directly through Guardion Protection and not facilitated via the illuno platform, Guardion Protection acts as the contracting security agency and assumes responsibility in accordance with applicable law, licensure, and insurance coverage.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Guardion Protection and illuno, or between Guardion Protection and any personnel engaged through the illuno platform. Guardion Protection’s role and responsibilities vary depending on whether services are provided directly or through the illuno platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guardion Protection disclaims liability for the acts, omissions, or performance of personnel engaged through the illuno platform, which remain under the control and responsibility of illuno.
